Hi. I am 5 feet 4 or 5 inches, and I weigh 135 pounds. I just want to lose, like, ten pounds. Please Do not criticize. I just want to be more fit for school. Please help...thanks!

I have taken Melatonin. It stopped working. If I take Benadryll....I feel so groggy in the AM (not to mention it doesn't kick in unitl about 4am!!!).

okay this is gross..i wasnt able 2 poop for maybe a week. but now i can but for sum reason i have been goin 6-8 times evryday since last monday. and it has this wierd looking lime green slime wrapped around it like a ribbon. i know this is really gross but i just need to know y this is happening?

Okay so i was doing crunches on my exercise ball on friday (four days ago) and my stomach hurts so bad. Did i do something wrong or is this soreness just normal because of doing the crunches. It is only sore when i sit up straight or if i lean back.

ok i am a 14 year old girl and i weigh 89 pounds..so lately i have been eating soooo much and i feel like i am never getting full. i don't know y? i usually eat very little and get full off that.

any ideas on why i am eating almost three times as much as before?

I have lost a considerable amount of weight and now I swear that when I eat too much that the day after I feel pain in the previously fatty areas b/c the shrunken fat cells have re-expanded due to the fact that I ate WAY too much. The areas are very tender and uncomfortable.

I was thinking it's because the aorta extends into the abdomen but then again, I also heard that aortic aneurysms pulsate too. I've had this sensation since I was a kid though so I'm wondering if it's normal. I never learned about it in school even though I'm now a nurse. Just like some knowledgeable input. Thanks.

i am a 14 yr. old girl and i want to start taking fish oil pills. i heard they are very good for you. they help ur skin, hair, nails, and help burn belly fat plus lots more. is there different kinds of fish oil pills? if there is what kind should i buy? some that arent very expensive but not a cheap kind. any extra info is appreciated , thanks!

Do you think its babyish that I still wear little girls underwear, you know, the bikini kind that comes in 9 packs at walmart from hanes or fruit of the loom? It's comfortable and it still fits even though now i buy the biggest size (14-16) they have so i don't think i can wear it much longer. All my friends buy cutsey underwear in bright colors with hearts or writing or superman signs and lacy bras , but i have nonexistant boobs and I buy girls training bras that are all pretty much white or pink and all my underwear is either white, pink, purple, or with flowers on it, but I figure, no guys really are gonna look at it any time soon, and hell, if i can still fit in it, and it's the cheapest and it's comfortable I should wear whatever the hell I want, right?

I am 36 years old and have always had problems with my skin.

Whenever I get any spots, they always leave a scar or a hole. Also, I constantly have "White spots". I don't know what causes them or how to get rid of them. They are not like normal spots that go away - they never go but they do seem to be increasing. I know that at 36, my skin will never be perfect, but this has been going on for years (probably since my teens).

Any ideas of things that I can do or products that I can use to help??

I am suffering from sleeplessness and depression. My symptoms.. I toss in bed a lot struggling to get sleep. Even in sleep, people beside me say i scream and yell a lot. I get unpleasant dreams a lot... they include Snakes, departing my friends, losing someone whom I like the most, deaths of my grandparents,... a lot more horrible stuff.
