weird bowls mean cancer?

i have been having bowl movements with yellowish jelly like stuff in it...also there is sometimes blood in it too...what could this mean?

yellow could just be fat leaving... blood could be hemmoroids inside... the blood's more upsetting than the yellow... if it doesn't stop on it's own soon, it's doc time...............but relax, I wouldn't think cancer at all........
