Virginity is an ever-changing concept in our culture. Virginity is what YOU define it as. Some still hold on to the belief that virginity is lost when the hymen is broken (which is impractical for different reasons), the first time you have vaginal intercourse, and to others it's when you have any kind of sex at all.
What is YOUR definition if virginity? I'm sure a tampon doesn't meet your definition of being deflowered, but it's a question you need to sit down and ask yourself.

No you do not lose your virginity the first time you use a tampon.

No, you don't have to lose your virginity. For most girls using a tampon as a virgin is not a problem. A few girls have a hymen that covers most of their vaginal opening, and those few would have some trouble with tampons.

Virginity refers to having sex, not whether or not you have ever had something up inside you, so, no, using a tampon doesn't mean you aren't a virgin anymore.
Not even if your hymen breaks.

no you can only lose your virginity when a boy gets his penis in you. not by any tampon or anything.
