I feel like stress is killing me my chest tightens up constantly and I get sweats and I get what feels like a fever.I am also diabetic but I have eaten regularly so I don't think its that

Breakfast (6:00am) - 1 small slice of toast with a little pat of butter and some reduced sugar jam
Herbal Tea (no sugar)

Snack (10:15am) - 1 apple

Lunch (1:00pm) - Grilled Chicken and some salad (dressed with lemon juice and herbs)

Snack (4:00 or 5:00pm) - Herbal Tea

Dinner (8:00 or 9:00pm) - 1 cup of Plain Yoghurt and some sliced cucumber

....i need to lose 20 lbs

will this work?

I am only 16, so I don't THINK this is breast cancer, but for months I have had a tiny abnormal lump on the side of my right breast.. underneath the armpit. It doesn't hurt, and it hasn't gotten any bigger. Is the spot where this lump is a common place for breast cancer tumors to pop up?

I have already had sex before. It was a real mistake and am not the type of person who trusts easy. I'm 18 and when i have sex my vagina hurts when it goes in me now i've had the same guys for a while and it didnt hurt before but now when he starts to put it in me it hurts and when i touch the bottom of my vagina it hurts but when i pee it doesnt burn or anything could i have an infection or be pregnant i got checked for stds and all that and i dont have any stds or anything

My Son In Law is an alcholic, and has been to hospital. He is 43 and to add to this problem, the Dr.said his heart was enlarged and beating extreamly fast. Now I know if he doesn't stop drinking he will die. His liver function last count was 35%. I just found out he has been drinking since he left the hosp. He is the father of my 2 grandsons, he works everyday, I don't know how! He is a good husband and a great father. If he weren't I would tell you. I'm here asking for info on this large heart problem, and what will happen to him if he doesn't stop drinking. I love him like he were my son, and his children will be devistated if something happens to him. They are 7&3 years of age. I will be greatful for any advise anyone would share with me. I'm at a loss, I know he has to want help first, before he can get help. I think he is in denial and doesn't think he has anything wrong with him, due to the fact he works everyday. Thank You So Much for listening.

Not sure which joints - pretty sure my ankles and my knees.

For a plus size woman beginning an exercise schedule, and plans on going to the gym, how often and for what duration is the healthiest? -By this, I mean should I go for 3 days a week, thirty minutes at a time or 4 days a week 40 minutes at a time? I know someone had diabete in his 40s, and he is kept saying he can't live longer than he original could since he had the illness. However, I don't really think diabetes affect one's death rate that much, or does it?
Please give me a source so I can show it to that person.

I am pretty short, I'm 5-6 and I'm 16yrs old, so how do I get taller because my parents are 5-5 and I think "what I am is the max" height that I can get??? but isn't there any physical way to grow taller by stretching (playing basketball?) even by pills? or do I need more hormones?etc?

I have lost 40 pounds recently{went from 220 to 180} I did this by stickign to a strict diet of 1500-1700 calories a day. Im 15 and im about 6''0 or 6''1. The last week i have been hanging with my friends alot and they have tempted me into taco bell and all that other good stuff. So i have been eating like 2500 calorieish every other day for the past 3-4 weeks basically. i weighed myself last week and i still weigh 180 but i feel like i have gotten bigger. What should i do? What can i do to atone for all the extra calories? Should i make my diet stricter, go to 1200 a day? stay to my original diet? not eat for like 2 days to even out the calories? What? I need help, i hate this feeling that i have gotten fatter.

Is pornogrpahy the reason that so many men are asking for unnatural sexual relations? They look at pornogrpahy which is everywhere and are told lies that women enjoy being abused and then they think deviant sex is somehow normal. Mary Winkler was sexually abused by her husband who was a pornography addict and demanded unnatural sex from her and she was forced to kill him in self defense. Is the spread of pornography throughout our culture causing men to not have the proper respect for women and if so then why are more women accepting of it? Could it be that pornography is causing women to not have proper respect for themselves and if so how do we stop it?
