If i am, i need some help in slimming down to at least 100 pounds.

5'10" and 130 is slim but not overweight for a 13yr old boy. You will grow more in body weight and maybe even taller. At 18 you should be about 160+ depending on your body stature. If you retain the slim build, get some muscular exercises to tone the body slowly and get that "so-called male physique". Tone the abs and get yourself a nice 6 pac. Good luck and stay healthy.

wow girl you are not overweight, and i am not even 100 lbs and people say i'm reallyyyy skinny, i am 5'4" and 105 lbs and i wear size 1 jeans! so if you want to slim down then i suggest you should weigh 125 lbs. that is like supper skinny for a 5'6" girl. so just lose 5 more lbs or stay the same. i strongly suggest you stay the same!!!

It depends on what your frame is, ie. overall build. Are you on the small side or larger? Whichever it is, for your height, you are just right. If you are judging yourself by fashion magazines I can tell you that the models are usually very thin because the cameras put on an extra ten pounds on their frame. And if your friends are telling you you're not thin enough, they may be making their judgements from fashion magazines too. The best judge is how you feel and look.

You are at a very healthy weight for your height. At 100 pounds, you would be underweight for your height, which, from a health standpoint, is not any better than being overweight.

It depends on bone structure and you are still growing so don`t worry but you don`t need to sit around all day either,play volley ball or something to get excercise

I'd say that's a perfect weight for your height.
You're way too young to diet. Just exercise to feel healthy.

Not really but you're getting there. stop eating that fast food junk or you're going to be there in a week or two. Besides, fast food tastes horrible.
