I would add just a little bit of fat, like some olive oil dressing to your lunch and some nuts to your yogurt meal. You will lose weight on this plan, but don't do it for too long or you will get sick! The 1st time you have access to a pizza you will be a goner!

no its not your not eating enough you could do that every third day and be okay but i wouldn't do that , but if that's all you ate for the amount of time it would take to lose 20 lbs. you would lose muscle, and most likely cause damage to organs ... change it up a bit... here is some tips.... stay under 1200 calories a day, dont eat anything that over 30 % of the calories are from fat... drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, ... you dont have to change that menu to much , change the dinner to mahi mahi served with wild rice and move that current dinner to a snack 2 hours before your bed time and it would be good. i would also have 2 pieces of toast... definetly add an exersize routine daily even if its only 20 minutes...
and its 2000 for your average daily calorie intake not 20000, but a 1200 is what is percribed by doctors as a healthy rapid wieght loss diet... and to the gurl that would add fat to the diet, yes fat is needed, but minimal amounts there is enough in the yogurt for the entire day , let alone the butter...

Not enough calories, protein, dairy, fruit, vegs, fat or carbs. On a very low fat, low calorie diet like this you will slow your metabolism and weight loss will be difficult.
Daily you need to eat about 1200 calories with at least 5 servings of vegetables (choose nutrient dense veggies like dark lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, beans, carrots -- cucumber and ice berg lettuce are mostly water and few vitamins), 3 servings of fruit, 2-3 servings of protein, 2-3 dairy, 3-5 servings of carbs. A weight loss of 1-3 pounds per week is healthy.

a little extreme, no? eat atleats a little more. you need about 20000 colories. that's like 500 calories. your body will do into starvation mode, making it harder to lose weight. try going into a normal diet. and slowly going down. 20000 cal, 19000 cal, 18000 cal...

yes it will work...........if you add in excercise!!! try doing 45 minutes of excercise everyday aswell, otherwise it mightnt work...or if anything go alot slower!
