I am ten years old I never had my period before and i get this very light yellow discharge. So I'm wondering when will my period come soon or later?

Usually girls get discharge for at least a year before they get their period.

Hi Orca, This is normal to have a light yellow discharge. This is away to clean your vagina out and it is normal. You probably have at least 2 years before you join us in woman hood. But there was a 10 year old girl I when to school with years ago and she started her period at 10. This was an awful thing for her because there are not any pad machine in the bathroom at that age. Don't be in a hurry to grow-up my friend. Lol

i got mine at 12 but i had the yellow discharge before too.yours will probably come sooner rather than later. my sister got hers when she was 9 1/2 so youll never really knowfor sure when it will come. everyone is different

it should be on its way when u see brownish yellowish stuff on Ur undies then its almost there
