Congratulations on dropping the initial 40 pounds.
A relapse is not uncommon, just don't make it permanent. Eating out is fine, enjoy the company of your friends and have a good time.
Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up over it. Don't fast. Don't do anything that may throw your body into shock. The problem with diets is, they NEVER last.
What you need to do is decide to eat healthier, for the rest of your life. Not just a few months.
If you want to order a Pizza, order one. If you want a double bacon cheese burger, order one.
Just remember, how did you feel when you weighed in at 220? How do you feel now that you're 180? Which of the two, do you like better?

Congratulations on losing 40 pounds sensibly. We all fall off the wagon sometimes, so stop beating yourself up about it.
Go back to your previous diet. Going to Taco Bell and other fast food joints doesn't mean giving up your diet. Most places have a food guide available either in store or on their website with a calorie and nutrient guide to their foods. Read up ahead of time to find what items are lower calorie/lower fat and fit into your diet. Then, when your friends go there you will know what you can order.

If you were losing weight on your previous diet then stick with that. We all fall off the wagon occasionally so don't beat yourself up about this. Just get back on the horse and vow to be your own man and say no to too much junk food. You put in a lot of hard work to lose the weight so don't let these jamooks screw it up for you. If you give in to temptation steer these guy towards a place that has some healthier choices for you..Good luck! and good job on the weight loss.

just because u went to taco bell doesnt mean u ate bad . aspecially if u are te same weight . i can name atleast 3 things from every fast food place that are low in calories and fat and are good for you . if u go to tao bell order what ever u want " fresca style " this just gets rid of all the fatty and high calorie cheese and sauses and uses fresh veggies and lowfat toppings instead =]

we all go off our diets once in a while. just go back to what you were doing before. if you go to Taco Bell again, order a soft chicken taco or 2. that's the best thing on the menu for someone on a diet. you can still go with your friends, just make sensible choices.
