What work best fo you?

Tylenol Pm works best for me. I have tried the same meds without tylenol part but they dont work as good. I have also tried Melatonin but it doesnt work much as well and Ambien just makes me feel like on drugs and i cant sleep till it stops working.

I am not a Dr. so take my advise for what its worth & if you have a real sleep problem see a Dr. Sleeping aids are not always the best answer, and sometime make the problem worse.

Try adding exercise to your daily life. Exercise in the morning, or afternoon, but not late at night.

Several hours before trying to sleep, turn off your computer, TV, and radio. Try reading a book or magazine.
Turn off all light, and place your clock out of your view. Watching the clock only stresses you more.

Stay away from stimulant in the evening hours such as coffee, tea, sugar, nicotine & caffine.

Equate (Walmart brand) works like a charm.
