I actually had a test done for food allergies, but there was a score for Candida Albicans.

This is what is says:

IgG, IgA, IgM (Theses are food allergy indicators.)

Immune Complex (This score is derived from the other three.)
"Elevated immune complex could suggest systemic candida infection."

So maybe if you get a food allergy test you can find out your level of yeast (candida). Though there could be a more direct way.

The contact info on the test is:

Sorry, I couldn't be of more help...

"Excess yeast" in your body is a scam put on by those who want to sell you expensive supplements or treatments.

If you have a yeast infection you will have symptoms like smelly discharge from vagina or sores in your mouth or a skin rash. Your doctor can test the discharge and sores to see if you have a yeast infection.
