Is it possible that for one reason or another, your body doesn't produce pheromones?
I am curious exactly how pheromones are produced. Also, how do you establish a certain "level" of pheromones?

I have a friend who I have known for about 25 years. He is miserable all the time. It's taken me 25 years to understand this. He seems very self-absorbed, very self-focused. He doesn't fit all of the criteria for any one personality disorder. I thought Narcissistic...but doesn't fit it all. BPD? Same thing. Depressed maybe, but I think it's so much more. He has serious struggles with relationships. Can't sustain one for long. Very destructive to those he's involved with not because of deliberate abuse, but because he flip-flops so much. One never knows where one stands with him. He has no interest in his family and has basically turned his back on them in a passive way. He is career military. Very unstable emotionally, so tends to shut out emotion. Can someone give me some guidance? I'm trying to point him in a direction, but the map is upside down and turned around!

I have a lot of eye floaters . Some say if i take capsules with Lutein and beta-carotene will reduce the floaters or reduce further forming. Please comment whether it is true?

So I have to get glasses to see far away things like the chalkboard and such, but everything else is good. However I am worried that once I get glasses, my eyes will get worse and I'll always need the glasses not only when I need to copy something down but soon everything else. I'm also worried then I'll have to keep getting stronger prescriptions, and my eyes will be so screwed up and in ten years my glasses that I don't have yet will be really strong and my eyesight will be like 60/80. Is getting glasses going to make my eyes even worse over time?
Is there as big a risk with a weaker prescription, or it's all the same once you get glasses?

I eat pretty healthy but when I want to curb a craving I mix ice a bannana and some strawberrys and plain nonfat yogurt as a smoothie. Will this make me gain weight or is it just the smoothies with added sugar that are whats bad?

Does anyone have any advice on how to change into a morning person?

I love staying up late. I don't know if it is something I can change about myself. I rarely go to sleep before midnight. But I know I have to change. I need to get to the gym before work or else it is too hard to fit it in my day.

In June when the sun comes up early I was gettingup at 6 and going. But now as we are moving into fall and it is dark I can't get myself to get up.

PLease help. There must be someway to fix this problem with me.

Hi all, I am 5-3.5 inches in height, I am 30 year old woman.
My frame is small. Websites give a big range of good weight- 110 to 125. That's a pretty huge range
What is the optimal weight for my height and frame?

FIRST OF ALL YOU CANT ASK GOD TO FORGIVE YOU IF YOU KILL YOURSELF.JUST THINK THERES A CHILD OUT THERE WHO HAS NO FATHER, THERES PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO HAS NO FAMILY , THERES OLD PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN NURSEING HOMES WHO NEVER HAS COMPANY, OR A CHILD WHO NEVER HAS A MOTHER ARMS TO HOLD OR HUG THEM,OR SOMEONE WHO NEEDS A FRIEND TO TALK TO. AND THERES SO MANY PEOPLE WHO ARE WAITING ON YOU AND YES THERES SOMEONES DAD AND MOM AND FAMILY WHO NEEDS SOMEONE TO TALK TO BECAUSE NOW THEY CANT EAT , SLEEP BECAUSE THEIR CHILD COMMITED SUICIDE AND THEY ARE SO TORN APART THEIR LIFES ARE MESSED UP BECAUSE THEY COULDNT HELP THEM. AND THE LOOKS ON THEIR FACE LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVED AGED YEARS THEY MISS THEM SO MUCH, AND GOD WONDERS WHY THEY DIDNT COME TO HIM, HE WAS WAITING. GOD SAID KNOCK AND HE WILL OPEN, ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE HIM, SO PLEASE BEFORE YOU REALLY DECIDE YOUR GOING TO KILL YOURSELF THINK OF THESE PEOPLE WHO COULD USE YOU IN THEIR LIFES AND THINK OF YOUR FAMILIES.

Whoever or whatever gave you the idea that computer does not damage eyesight, THEY'RE WRONG! i was born with 20/20 vision and the computer has ruined my perfect vision! growing up, people tease me about wearing glasses so i only wear them in class. now, to prevent any more eye damage, i avoid using the computer unless i have to. so how can i adjust my computer screen lightings to decrease eye damage to the minimum?

May I ask what was your experience with anemia like? Did it improve when you were older? Did it ever become extreme?

I recently learned that I'm anemic from a low blood count but I feel just fine so far and I don't have any symptoms. I'm not scared but I'm just wondering if my situation is normal. Thank you :)

I'm seventeen, but as soon as i started puberty when I was eleven I magically went from flat to a C cup within a handful of months. Now i'm a double D, and I'm petite. I'm a bit overweight right now and people tend to go "oh those will go down once you lose weight" but i've lost weight before, as much as 40 lbs at once, and they never go down. i'm losing weight right now, but i doubt it'll help any.

I have back pain daily and they are such a hassle with everything. I'm not ashamed of having large breasts but I'm not the type of girl who wants them so big lol. Like I said, i'm petite, and its just difficult.

So what I have been considering for a long time now is a reduction surgery. I've never been under the knife before, and although it doesn't frighten me it's still an experience that needs a lot of consideration.

Has anyone had it? I would like to go down to a small D/ full C.
When they operate do you sort of get a breast lift at the same time?

Thanks!

Okay so here is the story...

My boobs are 34 DD and my friend is 32 AA. I am 17 and she is 18. Is there anyway, that i can have some of the fat in my boobs transfered to hers so i can be around a C and she can be around a B? She doesn't want implants and i don't want a reduction. We want this as natural as possible. Are there any doctors willing to perform this in America? If not, we are traveling to Tijuana, Mexico and getting it done by Dr. Rodriguez for 5,000 pesos.

This is a serious question! Don't be mean!

I recently joined a gym. You get one free session with a personal trainer and in my session he did show me how to use 3 or 4 of the pieces of equipment. He wanted me to sign up to have a personal trainer on a monthly basis but it is too expensive for me. So is there a book or website that could tell me all about equipment found in most gyms and help me plan my own workout?

Does anyone know of any herbal/over the counter medicine for anxiety (with depression)? I know there is St. John's Wort but because of my birth control I can't take that. I've also read of "Stressezz and True Calm." Do those things actually work? I'd rather stay away from prescription medicine since I don't have health care coverage right now. Thanks.
