Okay so here is the story...
My boobs are 34 DD and my friend is 32 AA. I am 17 and she is 18. Is there anyway, that i can have some of the fat in my boobs transfered to hers so i can be around a C and she can be around a B? She doesn't want implants and i don't want a reduction. We want this as natural as possible. Are there any doctors willing to perform this in America? If not, we are traveling to Tijuana, Mexico and getting it done by Dr. Rodriguez for 5,000 pesos.

Go For it, it's so safe. I went to Dr. Rod in Jan. 2003 and finally became the man I should've been all my life. He is so gentle, you won't feel a thing! His Tiajuana office is so much fun too! After the surgery he'll prob. go drink some tequilla with you guys, that's what he did with me!
and the night did not end well after that... its all blurry, i dont wanna think about it.
anyways, its perfectly ok. your nipples are gonna look weird though, but whos dont! good luck sweethearts! im rootin for you girlies :) :) :)

From what I understand, the procedure is taking fat from other areas of a person's own body and injecting it into the breast, not transferring it from one person to another. Even if something like that was done I don't think it would be a good idea because of the possibility of tissue rejection - your friend's body would probably see the tissue as a foreign object and reject it. That's a biological function of your body, and biology doesn't care about how close you two are. Even if you were family the differences are enough that when organs are transferred they have to match family members up very carefully. And I would not be comfortable at all about this cross-border stuff.
I would recommend you both talk to your respective doctors to determine what your options would be.

Don't be crazy! Surgery is a major thing, not all people respond well to it. Your friend could have a major reaction to your tissue. Ah, and as for having it done in Mexico...you are completely out of your mind! I cannot even wrap my head around that..you gals are way too young to be going there to get cut!

STAY O U T OF MEXICO!!!!! Go south of the border and you and your friend will probably die anyway.
It isn't as simple as you think. First off your fat will probably be rejected by her body and her boobs will probably die, gangrene will set in and they will have to be cut off. Then she won't have any.
Just how much "fat" do you think is in a boob? They do make milk, you know, and I don't think "fat" can do that deed.
Have yours reduced and leave hers along. IF she just has to have larger boobs......do it right...... right here is the US of A.

You can't. If your friend wants bigger breasts, she will have to get breast implants.
If you want smaller breasts, you will have to have breast reduction surgery.
These are the ONLY ways to get bigger or smaller breasts.
I can't believe you will travel to "Tijuana" and having someone named Dr. Rodriguez (someone you found on the Internet, no doubt. What a HUGE scam. You will both die from gangrene---especially your friend. There is no way to "transfer fat.").

if its for real you have to know that thats imposible. the most important reason its because your friend body inmunology will react with your cells from your boobs. thats why silicon are made with really special stuff that doesnt react in the body and still it has problems!

i dont know if you can do that but its best before you even think about doing that you better do some kind of research because you can really have problems, if you find somewhere where they do that, ask if you can get info from ppl that have done it to them
