Im going to turkey next summer,i way 160. i never was 160 and 14 yrs.old last year i was 142 now i look i was 152 now around this time im 160!! i was so depressed.so im going to turkey and everyone is skinny in my family and i don't want to be fat and made fun of.Im not OBESE trust me.! i may sound really obese but im not, i am 5'4 and the doctor said i need to lose 10 or 15
pounds to be my normal weight* because i have big muscles what so ever,i dont think that at all,my Dad is really muscley naturaley i think thats why,i look around me and i dont see no muscles but fat.but help me what did you do to lose weight? im going on a year diet,eating NO mcdonalds tacobell burger king anything out.excercising DAILY!i just wish i lose amount of weight till june 15 07 for next year!if you read this just give me tips, it would mean allot.im joining a sport and be more active in school

Every time I have to speak in front of people (EVEN JUST ONE PERSON) I get so nervous. And when I have to do a performance with people, or go somewhere for the first time (like a doctor, school, ect.) I get nervous. I have been trying my best to control it, but school is coming up fast and I am afraid I will have my nervous attack like I always do! Plus I am starting highschool for the first time, which makes it worse! PLEASE HELP!

Last Wednesday I was sitting by the couch and i got bitten twice by something. Both bites had white heads and i popped them both. One is about the size of a dime and the other the size of a penny. One has scabbed over. They only hurt if you touch them. I haven't had much of an appetite and have felt strange and my stomach has been hurting. The bites before i popped the heads looked like pimples.

Helloo!

I'm 16 years old and making a book for my own guide towards knowledge gain.And I have a Health Section where I would like to add,well things I should be inform about.I'm doing researches on my own,so don't think I'm just being here lazy fishing for answers.I just want to see different answers from each individuals perspective.

i had a great day ( diet wise ) i ate a good healthy breakfast of egg beaters then i had low fat peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat and an apple and peach for dinner i had a salad with grilled chicken butt then at about 8:30 i had about 400 calories worth of chex mix did i just ruin my day

I had a baby 8 weeks ago and have to go back to work in 4 weeks and need to be able to fit back into my work clothes. I am 5'5" and 160lbs. Does anyone know of a way to lose 20lbs in 4 weeks? Has anyone been successful in doing this? I have been trying the South Beach Diet and I am not losing the weight.

I am starting a Cancer Awareness group for my church in honor of my father and uncle who both died of lung cancer.. I was having dificulty getting the information needed for this effort and was wondering if I should persue this avenue more. for an awful long time I feel like the bed is like an oven. Every night for at least a couple of hours before bedtime I turn the bedclothes down. I have tried tonic water some years ago (at the suggestion of my doctor). My legs feel as though they are burning, so I put a cold flannel on them. to no avail. I apparently am not on the menopause any more. The bedroom windows are always left open, and there is certainly no heat on, but on saying that, quite often when I am sitting in the front room, the sweat practically rolls off me. The annoying part about it is, my husband has been retired for about 6 months, and he has gone from being pretty active to zilch , on his computer most of the day. He can climb into bed, and quite often be snoring his head off, whilst I am lying awake. There does not seem to be any logic in it, as I am on the go, and get tired, and there`s him not doing much of anything, and does not seem to have much of a problem sleeping

My brother and sister in law had their first child prematurely at 24 weeks. They named her Anabelle Grace, and she was absolutely gorgeous. However, she only weighed 11oz, and passed away after 3 rough days (last Friday). Of course im sad about it, because it was my neice, but thats not what im asking about. Im wondering how i face my bro and sil. I dont want to smother them, but dont want them to feel isolated either. I feel so akward around them because i dont know if i should talk about her, or try to keep their minds off of her. What do i do?

Ok, here goes. We've all heard about the "classic" symptoms of genital herpes. The painful blisters and nasty sores. We get the nightmare scenario in high school health class.

However, I've been researching genital herpes online. I've read that "many" people with herpes have no symptoms. I've read that "most" people with herpes never have symptoms. And, on those commercials for herpes meds, they say that 70% of people with herpes got it from their partner that never knew they had it.

Now, if so many people out there aren't having any symptoms, does that mean that only a small percentage of people infected with genital herpes have symptoms? Does that mean that for most people infected, it's no big deal because they have no symptoms?

Please explain.

My drug of choice has been Avonex which is a Interferon, injected deep in the thigh muscle. The cost was $1,400 per month, so I stopped taking it, with no changes. I stopped taking this drug 22 months ago and have not noticed any change in my condition.

What drug are you taking and how much does it cost? Do you like it? What are the side affects?
