it's a tad on the low side. do you feel dizzy/pass out especially when standing up after laying down? I would get your doctor's take. My blood pressure was about that low, but I was fainting so it caused a problem. My doctor's advice was to put salt on whatever food I would like to have salt on. I love salt. My blood pressure is now usually 110/70.

120/80 = Normal
89/64 = Hypotension
Although your blood pressure is considered on the low side, it is alright as long as you are not having symptoms like dizziness or fainting. Here's a link to find out more about low blood pressure.

You might want to consult a physician.
A lot will depend on your age, height, weight, activity level, etc.
120/80 is the accepted normal range.
I've had 110/70 in the past. I would simply GUESS that you are OK without knowing anything about you.

slightly low in systolic pressure(top part).Is this are the pressure when you sit.Try to check when stand up.Pulse 70 is normal..check bp should not just base one check,need check on different times of the day.If you have no symptoms,don't worry.you may need drink more fluid and easy up salt restriction.
