Sounds odd, doesn't it?
Basically, I'm currently trying to lose weight (have been on-and-off all my life). This time, I'm starting to get somewhere, however, my situation is this:
I am a college student who, as much as I'd love to, can't go for a 45 minute brisk walk everyday, because of work and classes.
I don't live anywhere near a gym (we have a weights room and gymnastics centre here, but its not a gym-gym, and I'm still a bit uncomfortable about exercising around others).
Can anyone suggest really intensive, yet quiet (as I'm in a dorm) exercises, for weight-loss. I'm currently 108 kg (I can't convert that into pounds, but its a heck of a lot). So crunches and push-ups are a bit difficult as of yet :p
Please! My lifelong bad habits will catch up to me in my 30s! I wanna be healthy!
