Exercise! What I've found out recently from a somewhat reliable source is that exercise along with a healthy diet, though very old school, is still the best, most effective, and most guaranteed way to lose weight since diet alone may only reduce visible fat (on the outside). Eat healthier (lay off the soda and potato chips and bring on the fruit juice and the fruit.) Also, the more vigorous the exercise the faster you lose weight; don't kill yourself as losing weight too fast is just as unhealthy but don't be afraid to kick it up a notch. Get plenty of sleep and whatever you do, DO NOT starve yourself or eat less than you should. If your body does not receive the correct amount of nutrition, it enters starvation mode and stores everything it can so it's harder to lose weight. Also, do not go to the absolute extreme and make yourself underweight as that is also just as unhealthy. I hope these tips help.

You could get on a weird sleep scheldule. Go to bed at like 6 or 7 and wake up at 4 in the morning. That way you sleep through dinner. Then eat fruit or a cereal bar for breakfast. (Nothing over 200 calories). Join a sports team. If you don't want to do that tell your mom or dad to make you exercise. Will power doesn't get you very far. They may not be the healthiest ways to loose weight, but it is working for me.

Since your young, doing simple exercises everyday will be enough for you to lose a little weight. For example, ride your bike, go for a jog, or go swimming for about an hour a day. Also, avoid junk food. A bowl of ice-cream or some cookies once a week won't hurt, but not just everyday.

Well, what sports do you like? Find things you can like as in, soccer or tennis, or football. Or go to the gym (but stretch first or you can pull something then you cant work out). And eat better foods, there are a lot of good foods in the Mediterranean diet. Hope this helps.
