Presently, there is no cure for Parkinson's disease, though there are experimental surgeries going on which involves the replacement of dopamine producing neurons in the brain.
Maybe you could take a look at the following pages to give you a clearer understanding of Parkinson's disease. (The first link has some particular information that you may find useful, and the second one has information on a relatively new form of treatment.)
