I noticed my friends breasts seem to be rounder and fuller when she wears lower cut shirts... if you look, you can almost see the top of her bra, and its not even flat on her skin, almost like its standing up to give the impression of bigger breasts...
Do you think she is wearing a padded bra?

Above is the latest article relating to obesity, yet nothing in there really tells you how you are supposed to eat. Everything I've seen suggests a different specific type of diet, but not what you should do to begin with.

Does anyone know what a healthy person really should be consuming? What's a workout that everyone should be doing?

I'm not looking to lose weight, but I am curious (and I know I'm not the only one) what the "healty" things are to do and eat.

I am only 27 and skinny. My chloestrol is excellent but I have been noticeing that I have mild pains in the middle of my chest. I have no shortness of breath and no pains in my neck or arms. I went to the doctor and had an ekg and it was good but I have to go to the cariodac doctor today? Should I be worried what could this be?

I got my shot 2 days ago, my arm still hurts when I move it, and yesterday I was in a shoe store when I started to feel nauseated, and faint. I kind-of joked it off at first but by the time I had gotten to the register I couldn't breathe, so I sat down on the floor as I started to black out, I yawned and I couldn't hear anymore, everyone was muffled and I felt like I was going to be sick, I was burning up. My sister took me to the bathroom where I almost fell over and ended up having diarrhea. I thought I was going to die, what happened?

someone mentioned gelsimium 30... what do you think? I am taking belladonna 200 for acne only when I see a pimple. Usually just 2 doses makes the pimple go away. Is it ok if i happen to take belladonna and gelsimium on same day?

a couple years ago i could easily eat less and use slim fast bars to lose 3-4 pounds at the end of a week. now i just eat and eat and i need to lose some weight but i feel like i dont have the determination anymore.

I'm 13 years old and I went to jog and I didn't see one other person it was like 7:00 and I don't ever see people jogging . I felt like awkward for jogging. visited my doctor 5 weeks ago to be examined down below,because something didnt feel right,the doctor said that everything was normal,but it is still worrying me.visited the same doctor again yesterday,for the same reason,once again i was examined he once again still said that everything was ok,he said that the area he examined did feel different to the other side but it was still normal,& once again reasurred me that everything was ok,do you think being checked twice is enough,surely if there was a hint of being something there i would have been sent off to hostpital for a ultrasound scan,do you agree,sensible ansawers only please thanks still worried.
