At 15 you need parental consent for any procedure. Depending on one's insurance, it could be free or cost up to several hundred dollars.
In all honesty, most women I know think the penis is rather ugly, regardless if it's circumcised or not. The most important things are that it's clean and one knows how to use it. Since about 70-80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised, clearly most women either don't care or prefer it that way.
If your reason to get circumcised is for aesthetics (looks) then it's probably not a good idea. Circumcision removes a lot of the nerve endings in the foreskin that could otherwise contribute to sexual sensitivity (link 1). Also several studies seem to indicate that the foreskin may be beneficial in the sexual satisfaction/pleasure of both the man and woman (links 2, 3, 4).
So, if there's nothing physically/medically wrong with your foreskin, thing will most likely not feel as good afterwards compared to before, according to the studies. Of course some guys will like it better afterwards, but this doesn't seem true for the majority. So if you're just doing it for looks, you'd be taking a gamble and if it doesn't feel as great afterwards, you could regret it.

No you will need your parents' permission. But why on earth do you want to get it done? Most studies point to it being more sensitive for the guy and better for the woman (have a google); there are no significant benefits, unless you can't wash your willy. It's not worth mutilating yourself for what girls might like, and "girls" have no particular view anyway! All girls are different! those used to circumcision usually prefer that, but most girls prefer uncut - I do - and also the majority of guys in the world are uncut, which means the majority of women in the world are having sex with uncut men, and they don't seem to mind! And lastly, a girl who ranks that as important in a relationship, is obviously a superficial idiot who you shouldn't be with. OK now maybe if you get married and she prefers it one way or another you can think about it, but until then, it shouldn't be an issue.

Just tell your parent's why you want the procedure, and have them schedule an appointment with an urologist. I had it done when I was 19, and I think it's so much better than being circumcised. The cost of circumcision can range from ($400 - 2000) In most cases insurance will cover the expenses. Good luck. You can e-mail me if you have any other questions about it.

Why would you want to get it done. The way you are is natural just like over 85% of the worlds men. Be proud of the way you are.
I am natural like you are and have never had a girl yet say she didn't like it. Just make sure you keep it clean liek any part of your body

Young man- When you cut it off-it's gone. It's gone with over half of your pleasure nerves and the rest that are left in your glands, will become numb from all the rubbing from your underwear etc. It will also destroy a perfectly designed sexual mechanism. The males erection was designed to glide in the foreskin inside the female. it causes a sucking in the virgina on th eout pull and that feels good to you AND her. It also helps keep the semen deep in the canal because of this suction. Cuts do not do thid "by design" action.
Also, it's easy to keep clean and the gals worry about the smigma and the odor if you don't clean it once a day.
Try this-peel your flap back and tape it back. do this for about a month or so ans see how your glands feel. If you want 80-90% loss of sex nerves-go for it.
I'm telling you this because I have restored my 4skin flap and have seen a huge improvement in my sexual sensitivity. took over a year of a non-surgical method and worth every bit of it. AND that suction action is great and my wife can really feel it, I just don't slide in and out!!!!! My son is not cut-I knew not to thank goodness!!!
go to 4skin restoration and read what getting cut REALLY does to you!

I was 18 when I had it done. You do need parental consent at 15 or I would have had it done much earlier! The cost 10 years ago was $400 and it was performed in office with just a few local injections! I have no regrets and would never go back! It is cleaner, healthier, looks better, girls like cut better and you are less likely to aquire STD's and HIV, also sex rocks when you are cut, much better than when you are uncircumcised!!!!!

You should be grateful to your parents for not having you mutilated when you were a baby! But now you're 15, so all their ideas are bad, right? Wait until you're 21, and you will be extremely glad you couldn't get snipped at 15. Once the foreskin is gone, it's gone forever, and you are stuck with an organ that doesn't work very well. You really, really, do NOT want to do this to yourself!
