i have read that if someone have hallucinations or delusions more than twice it must be checked by a doctor is that true ?!!
I have been experiencing it since 5 months i think and i'm too scared to talk with any about it

hahah what? where did you hear that? So if you are delusional once and hear voices only once thats fine?? But 2 times? No thats just got to to be checked by a doctor.
talk to someone like a doctor not to people on here. nobody here is a doctor unless they are a doctor in real life. talk to a doctor about it. its nothing to be ashamed of. were all delusional maybe not but who knows. check with your doctor. i would. or would i? yeah i would

Go to a medical doctor and tell the doctor you are hallucinating.
The one person who said "you might murder somebody" is over reacting. Very few people who hallucinate ever become violent.
