Whats Wrong 13 YEAR OLD. Just because you did not see anyone else jogging at 7 does not mean America has something wrong with it. Your sarcastic tone,"are you guys just pathetic" tells me I have a pampered know it all 13 year old that thinks he is better than the rest of the world. I had jogged 7 miles by 5:30 and was writing a business plan while you were still in bed. Grow up. It is great you are jogging but keep the ego under control. You tone is that of a spoiled kid.

I jog in the evening sometimes and do aerobics in the morning. I make sure I excercise for 20 min in the morning and 45 to 60 mins in the evening. I would do more in the morning but I have to go to work. When I do go for walks or jogs though (I like to change up my work out- not always do the same thing), there is a couple of other regulars I do see a lot but I do know what you mean- There should definitely be a lot more people out jogging or at least walking. I'm 20 by the way.

At 7:00 am, I'm on my way out the door heading for work. Jogging for me takes place early in the evening.

Get off your high horse Pal, I get up everyday at four in the AM and know for a fact that many others do the same. I was running and carrying a 65 pound pack in the Airborne while your daddy was still in diapers, I'm seventy years old and probably spend more time working in one day, then you do all week so, don't give me that crap.
I started getting a paycheck at 11 (Eleven) years old and can prove it. Many of my friends are the same, so you jog at seven in the AM, by then I have 3 to 4 hours in my basement wood working shop and am ready for a nap.
By the way, I've attended three universities, was in combat for two tours in 'Nam, raised five kids and helped raise thirteen grandkids. Beat that. and, I was wounded twice.

Oh my god! I totally know what you're saying!!!! I'm turning thirteen in October and I went jogging this morning too at the same time you did, and there was only ONE person there(I went to a college track, b/c I can just walk across the street to get to the community college) and you would figure, since its a college track most likely there would be a few people there. Oh, and the ONE other person who was there wasn't even jogging, he was like 40 and on roller-blades. thats easy stuff!
you are SOOOO right!

Mostly people jog during the afternoon or sunsets. Not everyone is a morning person.

Good for you! I am glad to see that not everyone is lazy. I cant exercise in the morning, so I walk 2 miles everyday when I get home from work. I too have also stopped eating fast food, it was making me sick to my stomach.

Most people would rather sit on the couch watching Paris Hilton flash her crotch.
Keep jogging. You're doing it for yourself, not them.
