There is no one mattress which is right for everyone. Take your time picking out a mattress. Lie down on it for several minutes, and roll around to try out different positions. Don't try to buy the cheapest thing you can find -- quality does matter.

We have a mattress in our guest room that my spouse says is uncomfortably hard but a friend who visits often says is too soft! We bought it when my mother was living with us, and she said it was the best mattress she'd ever slept on. So it's all what is good FOR YOU.

Definitely Sinomax for me....the memory foam mattresses and pillows which did wonders for my neck. It's a bit pricey for me but it's worth it.
