If you drink soda replace it with water that can cut your calorie intake in half or more depending on how much you drink. All I drink is water and it seems to be helping me. I haven't had time to exercise lately and I don't always eat the right things (I don't eat fast foods) and I'm still losing 2 pounds a week.

Well, if you don't have time to hit the gym 3 times a week, there is a new drug on the market called ALLI. My brother is a pharmacist and told me about it. The started pack is about 40-50 dollars, but from then you only have to buy the pills. It's a 30 day pill supply, and you have to take 3 pills with each big meal a day. The starter kit gives you the basics of what you need to know. Basically, it gives a very easy book that shows the majority of food the calories and fats in them. It gives you a list of foods from fast food restaurant that you should eat. It is a really easy program, but does have some side effects like diarrhea. It's over the counter and most pharmacy have it, no prescription needed. Also, lyflow select has an eating suppressant. I don't know much about this drug, but i take the liquid multi-vitamin and it is wonderful. Taking a good calcium pill before you go to bed is proved to reduce weight also. If you go to your local walmart or kmart you can find a 10 minute rapid Pilate's video by Lara Hudson. Great video. I never though 10 minutes a day would work, but within a couple weeks of doing it 3-4 times a week, my body was really shaping up. It is pretty easy to fit 10 minutes into my schedule, maybe you could try it along with taking something, so not only will you be slimmer, but more toned. Hope that helps.

First off, STOP with the negatives! You DO have the determination, you just think you don't, and EVERYBODY has time to exercise, you just have to make time. I know everyone on here that asks similar questions are looking for strait answers like "take this pill and you will be half your size in two days" but there isn't such thing, and if there were it wouldn't work. How you loose weight is portion control, healthy diet, and exercise. Theese three things are completly different , but when you put them together, you are living a healthy lifestyle, and will feel much better. With portion control, you can eat anything, but in moderation. If you eat too much of one thing, you aren't helping yourself too much, especaily if it is junk that you are eating. Try to eat small protions form every food group, but make sure you are eating enough. With a healthy diet, you can make small changes in your diet like changing your bread to whole wheat, cutting out sugars, and making sure that your foods (especialy chips and snacks) don't have partialy hydroginated oils in them. These simple changes will transform your diet. Last, if you get exersize, even just 30 minuites three times a week at minimum, you will be burning so many more calories a day than you do now.
After theese changes you will feel much better, but don't rely on the scale to convey your results. Base how you feel and look to gage how much you lost. You will have soo much more energy in your day, and won't need slim fst bars to make yourself feel better.

You don't need to "lose weight quick." You need to change your lifestyle. Think healthy, not skinny. Your diet needs to include lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains, with a little lean meat and low fat dairy included. Drink plenty of water and a little green tea (not the bottled stuff, home brewed real green tea). Include 30 to 40 minutes of aerobic activity walk, bike, swim, dance, run, play basketball, etc.) each day at least 4 or 5 times a week. Do some stretching after your aerobic activity, and do some toning and strength training exercises about 3 times a week.
Don't think of this as a "diet" or temporary exercise routine. Make yourself a check list to hang on the refrigerator and think of it as your new lifestyle. In a few weeks, it will become your new "habit" and it will be easier to keep going. You will feel healthier and happier and will have a lot more energy.

When I wait until 9:00 until I get up so I'm not hungry for breakfast. Then I work from 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. For lunch I eat a salad and when i come home for dinner I don't eat bread and drink soda (they make you gain weight).
If you have the time to there are two simple exercises that with make you thinner in a week.
Crunches 150 a night
Crosses - lay down and meet your left elbow with your right and your right with your left. Hold your head from off the ground. 160 a night.

http://dcp.psc.gov/ccbulletin/articles/FitforDuty_050607.htm < - Read this. Here's a sneak preview: What about hunger and thirst? Is it true that thirst can often be mistaken for hunger?
Yes. This is why many weight loss experts recommend drinking a glass of water before eating a meal or snack. If that satisfies you, then it was thirst. According to ADA, “recognizing “real” hunger for many people sends them searching for food, often before they need to eat. Feeling hungry at the start of a meal is good, but knowing when you could wait longer is also important.” You may want ask yourself some of these basic questions before your next meal to help you better differentiate between hunger and thirst?
Am I hungry? If you’re not sure, wait 20 minutes and ask again.
When was the last time I ate? If it’s less than 3 hours, it may not be real hunger.
When was the last time I drank some water? It may not be hunger, but really thirst you are feeling.

You don't have the time for exercise?don't you have 20 minutes per day to go for a little run around your neighborhood? come on!! 20 minutes of cardio training per day is all you need, and stop eating at 7pm so that you have the time to burn some calories before going to spleep instead of storing them...if you're really starving, have a low fat/carb yogourt or some fruits. Have anyhting you want at breakfast, all the carbs you dream of during the night, you can easilly burn them during the day...at lunch, a big salad or a low fat sandwich (prefer chicken to meat, no mayo, a lot of fresh vegetables in it...) and a low fat dairy or a fruit....around 4pm, have a little fruit or low-fat dairy snack...
I lost 20 pounds 4 years ago using this method, and even if i don't exercise as often as I was used to, I did not experiment the yoyo effect, and am still fit...it all became a natural way of life!
Good luck!

Try to change things that you eat. For example, when you are hungry, eat a sub, or a bowl of cereal. Drinking water and milk will also make you feel "full". Also, try to eat small portions 6 times a day, as opposed to eating 3 large meals a day. Try not to eat at least 2 hours before it is time for you to go to bed.
