i'm a mom of 5...and that i used to have thick thighs. I gained 50 pounds with each being pregnant and had 5 c-sections. To decrease weight interior the thighs..you're able to decrease weight everywhere. you could't spot decrease. Do a good number of cardio...stay faraway from squats. Lunges are astounding for females with thicker thighs. Lunges on the spot, in front of the t.v., or lunges strolling around the room or everywhere! Stretches, and a good number of cardio! consume the perfect suited fat burning ingredients and do an excellent style of cardio and lightweight weights in basic terms. Powerwalking (a good number of short speedy steps) is astounding! sturdy success!

Are you sure it's fat, and not muscle? I have thick thighs, always have, but they are really strong. As in, really really strong. And I was a killer sprinter as a kid.

Anyway, it's hard to lose weight in one particular area, especially if your body is built to store fat there, but general cardio exercise (running, jogging, walking, swimming, bike-riding) for about half an hour a day is a great fat-burning regime, in conjunction with a healthy diet (low on fatty foods, sweets, bread, pasta and other carbs). Bike-riding is probably the best as it really works your thighs and makes them muscular. If you join a gym, they will have leg exercise machines, but at home you can try skipping, lunges, squats and walking up stairs two at a time! (That one really worked for me in firming my thighs recently. I walked up so many staircases.) For an extra challenge you can wear ankle weights. good luck!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Jumping lunges - they are pretty painful to do because after a good set your legs feel like jelly but they will slowly diminish the large thigh appearance. As a beginner start out doing 3 sets of 10 and increase to larger sets. You should see long term results after a couple of months - you will feel results instantly.
Cardio is good too; try some jump rope exercises, fun and painless.

Yeah, my sister's kind of the same weigh. She's got a skinny waist, and bigger legs. I think she's fine just the way she is. She looks skinny and can still eat alot! lol
