Would be unheathy in any way if I do 100 crunches every hour for 10 hours?

that I'm old enough to wear tampons. I'm 18 and she doesn't want me to wear them because of TSS. But I hate wearing pads because it feels like I'm wearing a bloody diaper. So if someone can give me a good argument, that would be awesome :)

I'm so sick of using the Pill, but hey, it's done it's job so far! I'm only 24, so I don't think there is a physician that would give me a tubel ligation even if I cried. My husband is almost 30.....what other options do we have? PS- he said vasectomy is out!

im 14 and i have a back brace for scoliosis. ive had it since i was in the 7th grade(brothers birthday) and since then it has driven me crazy! i am very self- concious about it and afraid to even let my best friends know. im just afraid that they would call me a freak or make fun of me. i dont let ppl at school get close because im afraid they might accidentally touch me and find out. i am so sick of it, having to wear it all day and to sleep at night. can u plz help me on how to increase my confidence and help me get comfortable in the brace? thankyou so much

I have a questions concerning periods....(Sorry if its too much info but there is no one else to ask) This year I had my first period, and ever since then they have been two months apart. Is this normal because it takes awhile to get regular?? Or is this not normal? And for some reason, my period had turned a darker brown instead of the normal red. Is this okay?

i read it in an article that women should not wash their hair during periods bcuz of the important proteins which come on the scalp during periods.. is it true so far?? also that i started my periods yesturday and it hurts real bad in the tummy , i ate 2 couses of tylenol since morning still the pain wont leave me , it hurts so much that i puked this morning what should i do?

Lately I have been feeling really angry about he little things. Just the other day my terrible wife forgot to take the trash out to the curb and I freaked out! I yelled at her and threatened her and then almost ran her over it the car as I took off for a time out. I have found that a few beers helps me cope but I can't be taking that kind of medicine before work. What can I do to control this?

earlier in the first 2weeks and a couple days it was 8 or 9 times a day then it got better like 4 times a day now he seems to only throw up after chocolate shake from mcdonalds that he loves and occasionally once more a day but hes lost 6 pounds and im worried any one have any idea what this might be? my doctor is completely incapable he hasnt been able to tell us what it is and he was going to admit him to the hospital today and we realized he was admittign him to do the same test they have already doen because they cant even remember what they have prefomed on my child they have given him an endoscopy (i dont no if thats how its spelled) and they found nothing in his digestive tract taht could be causeing it and they did an upper gi and once again nothign could it be gual blatter of lactose intolernent becasuse he never has regular milk he onll drinks soy and he has thrown up quite a few times after a shake but he does eat cheese with out problems so i have no idea help plz!!

Hello,
I work as a hospital locum in london and I have been against the BCG injection due to scarring. I am now informed because of bloody agency ways I have to have the BCG or discontinue my work. It is no longer standard to have BCGs in australia as it does not ensure 100% immunity.
I would like to know if the BCG can be injected anywhere other than the arm. I know they prefer the arm scar as an indication that the injection has been done, but immunity could also be tested by another manoux test.
If it has to be the arm, is there anything that can help with the swelling and all the pusssssssssssss? I don't want a scar.

I am a 25 year-old girl who is not pretty. i am also very socially awkward. ive worked hard at trying to overcome the shyness and self-consciousness i still feel at my age. i work in a corporate office as an hr assistant and feel snubbed alot. there are a couple of people im definitely friendly with (meaning i smile and wave and chat with if see them, though there are few of them) but do not have many people to talk with, generally speaking. i know it's because im low on the corporate rungs and not attractive, but how do i not let it make me feel badly? i am prone to depression and anxiety and sometimes at work i get so upset and hurt over being ostracized, that it effects my work. i cant concentrate and i feel like crying.
