I've heard of this book before and have heard two different opinions:
1) Best diet book ever, real eye opener

and, on the opposite end of the spectrum

2) just an excuse to bash the meat industry. meant to encourage vegan (I think its vegan...maybe vegetarian) diets

I've never read it, but I'm assuming its a diet plan centered around cutting meat out of your diet.
