Would be unheathy in any way if I do 100 crunches every hour for 10 hours?

3 sets of 15 well-done crunches 3 days a week + cardio + diet = abs

no need for 1000, can only hurt yourself and then you won't be able to do even 1 crunch

There is absolutely no point of doing even 100 crunches a day - its not gona give you faster results - quite opposite.
All you need to do is 15-25reps 2-3 sets 2-3 times a week.
you are not gona be able to see them if you dont have low body fat percentage - which you achieve with lots of cardio.

No, but you'll feel it the next day. I've done that and the next day it hurt to laugh.

just do about 50 a day......not all together and throw in some cardio and you'll be fine.

i hardly thing 1000 is necessary.
