I've been walking anywhere from 7 - 10 miles 7 days a week for three months now. My toes had started to hurt. Never being an athlete, I had no idea about painful feet. Til now. Now I look closer and two toenails are discolored and the skin under one is red and swollen. So now I know I've got a serious problem, and it's Saturday, Dr's are off, and I would like to cure this myself.

Please advise the best method of treatment to cure this fast! I don't want to stop walking. I'm doing so good on my walking program! I've lost 15 pounds and about 10 inches! In three months.

I had been walking on some damp grass a few times as it had rained. I walk on uneven terrain, which I felt was better than the cement. But I think my shoes got wet and then the heat and humidity combined is probably laid the ground for a serious infection under my toenails. :( I need advice and fast! Many thanks in advance.

im about to go on a hour and a half long car ride and then go shop all day,and i woke up this morning with my period! i get really bad cramps with my period and lower backaches. any suggestions on how i can help the pain subdue or go away completley? already taken a midol and they never seem to help

after being diagnosed with a sebaceous cyst on my labia minora and going through the nastiness of an incision and draining, i am now on ofloxacin (antibiotic). could my sore armpits be due to that antibiotics or something else?

Tomorrow, I'm going to Houston for Warped Tour. And just yesterday, my skin started getting bad again. :/ The redness isn't going away, and now I'm resorting to my steroid cream, which I rarely use because of the consequences. I've also been drinking plenty of water. Anyone have any tips I could use?? I'd greatly appreciate it.

i keep getting these bumps on my areolas. they kinda look like pimples, but bigger and much more painful. i have popped them, and they kinda pop like pimples, but the stuff that comes out is bright white and there is a LOT of it. anybody know if this is normal? i wondered if maybe it was due to wearing a bra all the time (even when sleeping)

Ok... I am 17 and I have been shaving for about a 2 year now. If i dont shave inside 3-4 days, i start to get stubble... but it grows back quicker in some places than others. For example under then chin more than sideburns etc. I want to grow my sideburns... but the hair grows quicker on one side more than the other! Have any of you fellas got this problem, or how could i mend it (if possible)?

I always take it at 6am. I set an alarm clock. But now, it's 7:30pm and I'm not sure if I've taken it today or not. Should I take it now?

Last night I went to bed very late and slept till noon. I don't remember if I set the clock or not.

I don't feel particularly depressed now (not worse than everyday), but I've got a strange feeling in my head, and earlier today I was feeling so annoyed at everything in the world (which btw did make sense to some extent).

It's a 75mg capsule.

i'm double jointed in my fingers but not as bad as my brother i had a couple of questions about it:

1. is it considered a birth defect? if so wat happens and why?

2. does it effect the way u do things with ur hands? because my brother has some difficulties cutting with a knife (he's 11 years old) i always have to help him with that cause he can't hold the knife right.

This are symptoms that someone close to me is experiencing...he has trouble with starting to urinate once he gets it started then he is fine. He feels like he frequently needs to go, but cant. He is having pain like someone punched him there or something like that. He has also had trouble with frequent bowel movement. He doesnt burn when he goes or he isnt having any discharge. The past 2 or 3 days I have had brown vaginal discharge, I was thinking it could be my period, I've had my period since Janruary and last month I got it around this time even though I have been getting periods every other month since Januray.
