anyone know how to lose fat as quickly as possible and if neccessary put in with the website too?

i just seem in a world of my own, i never speak unless asked questions, people talk and laugh, i stuggle to laugh and just feel different/left out. i want to be with people, but when I am I wish I was alone. i cannot speak on the phone, not particually because of nerves but i dont know what to say, I have to write it down on paper and practice before i phone.

my grandfather died in 2004, My parents also devericed its all been down hill from then, whenever i here that stupid song by avrl lavgine "i miss you" i start sobbing. sometimes i feel like hideing there has been severial accastions where i havent ate. because i would get myself sick. ever since then ive been "anti-social" and teachers have called my mom about it. ive been haveing weird dreams where i was driveing somewhere and i hit my grandpa with the car and killed him, but he died of a heartattack! how can i get over him, and what does my dream mean?

my periods are really erratic and i came on today, i have had the most excrutiating period pains, ive took mefanamic acid but it makes no diference, anyway here is the gross bits, there are massive big bits of things coming out that looks kinda like jelly, sorry i know its gross, ive had a few, probably the size of a £2 coin, and one bigger than that, what is this? i also have the runs mega bad too. it hurts so much.

I have worked at a camp for the last month and a half and when i received my monthly it hasn't stopped. i spotted for 3-4 days and then stopped. then a couple days later i started again and two weeks later i am still going.
I know i need to see a doctor. i tried to call one but i can't get off work and i only can deal with it on weekends.
My mom said to go to urgent care. But when i called they are closed. Can i go to an emergency room? or is this not an emergency?

I feel no pain, I never do have any discomfort. and the blood has stop flowing as much. I am not Amenic (sp) because all i drink is iron water *well water.

I always have constantly late periods to 43 days maximum i went to the doctor about this and bascially my hormone count is normal. So i wonder why if my hormones are normal why i am not having a 28 day cycle! Has any one else had any experience to this, what causes this if hormones are normal.
