Been there done that...heres what worked for me. Tampons! Just make sure you change it when you come out of the water..when you are done swimming.

Here's an alternative to pads or tampons. I haven't tried them yet myself, but I have friends who use them and swear they'd never go back to tampons! I think places like Wal-Mart and some pharmacies sell them.

use a tampon. trust me they're better than pads, they won't hurt! just remember to change it every 4-8 hours.. and use playtex sport or tampax pearl, those are really good brands. goodluck!
