It is a commandment. You should go to church every Sunday/ or Saturday, whichever your religion dictates. When you go , you will feel a weight off of your shoulder, refreshed and blessed.

Yes, why wouldn't you? If God didn't want you to go to church with it, you wouldn't have it on Sunday (or Saturday).
