I think I understand what you're speaking about Sandeep.

You are mistaken if you believe that AIDS is only the result of unsafe sex between men and women. HIV, the precursor to AIDS, can be transmitted between anyone using unsafe sexual relations. In fact, it can be transmitted whether or not sex is involved. It's transmitted by transfer of bodily fluids, blood being the main transmission route. i.e. sharing of needles in drug addicts is just as dangerous as having sex with someone.

As has already been pointed out, if either of the males has open wounds, that is blood from cuts, brushing teeth, etc. there is a risk that HIV/AIDS can be passed. There is also a reduced risk if other bodily fluids are passed. i.e., semen, saliva, etc. but the risk is still there.

AIDS does not know if it is occuring because two men were together, two women were together, or a man and a woman were together. HIV/AIDS occur when an infected person's blood or other body fluids connect with another person's body fluids................sex is one way. If the infected person is bleeding, and another person has even a tiny cut or opening that gets the infected person's blood into it..............the other person can get the Virus, as well. If it were a virus that men and women could not get from one another........then, women who are pregnant and have HIV, would not need to worry about giving their baby HIV during birth...........

HIV is spread when an infected person's body fluid comes into contact with an unifected person. It doesn't matter if it's male to male, female to female, or male to female. If you are performing an unprotected sex act, there is always a risk. A small break in the skin is all it takes.

HIV is a sexually transmitted infection, that means it is passed on during unprotected sexual intercourse ie not using a condom.

Therefore it can be passed on via oral (mouth) anal (back passage) or vaginal sex, that means men can pass it on via unprotected oral and anal sex with other men.

Men and women can pass it on via oral, anal and vaginal sex.
