need to loose fat! but limited time!!
anyone know how to lose fat as quickly as possible and if neccessary put in with the website too?

and please no liposuction, i hate that.... -_-

I have the same problem but I'm only a few pounds overweight. What I'm doing that seems to work is eating healthily by watching how many calories you take in. You should only have about 1,000 calories a day but it's okay if you go over a little bit. If you're into some kind of outdoor activity like biking or jogging, that's great and you can loose those pounds in no time. I've lost 15 lbs of extra weight in about two months by doing longboarding and biking for about 4 hrs a day but you only need to do that for an hour to get the same results. Hope this helps.

If you need to loose quickly. The best way would be to go on a somewhat liquid diet. Eat a good healthy breakfast, drink lots of water, and use something like a slim fast drink for lunch and dinner.

For long term... Use proper diet and exercise.

go on an all liquid diet(water, low sodium chicken broth, diluted fresh fruit juices) over the weekend and detox your body with laxitives and exercise......only do this for a couple days seeing as though it's not the most healthiest way of losing weight but it works for a special occasion

Don't drink any kind of soda. Drink only water. lots of water.
Don't eat pasta, breads,donuts,cookies,candies.
you can eat meat, fish or chicken.
