This are symptoms that someone close to me is experiencing...he has trouble with starting to urinate once he gets it started then he is fine. He feels like he frequently needs to go, but cant. He is having pain like someone punched him there or something like that. He has also had trouble with frequent bowel movement. He doesnt burn when he goes or he isnt having any discharge. What could this be?

urinary tract infection?

You didn't mention age.

1. Difficulty urinating most common is the prostate. Swollen or enlarged may cause that symptom. The stream can also be weak.

2. Frequent bowel movements sounds like diet but could be related if he has an infection in his prostate. He needs an evaluation by a doctor where they will do a urine test and a DRE to determine the size of his prostate. Good Luck

this may be due to stones in the urinary tract-or if somebody is watching that will also affect him mentally.
it is better to consult the family doctor-with his advice take abdominal scans and then go immediately for medication.
nothing to worry-it is curable and never have any guilty feeling.
