1] drink at least 1/2 gallon of water a day.
2] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day [ helps counteract stress. ]
3] eat well - avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food.
4] try taking a Benadryl tonight - you will sleep well, and maybe it will help with the redness.
5] exercise daily, to increase immunity and decrease stress.
6] make sure everything you put on your face is hypoallergenic, and for your face type [ example: don't use bar soap, or any hotel stuff - bring your own! ]

Oh I greatly feel for you.My youngest child ahs eczema and it is a painful skin disease.Take Benadryl,or Atarax if you have it.Also, taking a warm bath in oatmeal (the regular kind not instant and plain) and soaking might help.Nothing is going to make it disappear overnight of course, but it might help. Also, there is a cream by Gentle Naturals called "Baby Eczema Cream" It's inexpensive and actually works on adults I know as well.It is steroid free, over the counter and smells good! Good luck, hope u feel better and have a safe and fun trip!

dude,cool-ive had eczema since i was born. if youve been scratching at it and it looks dry,get a prescription to for mymax (or mimyx) itll stop the itching and redness. i use steroid cream when it gets bad so....yeah....
try taking a hot hot hot bath with hypoallergenic shower gel. when youre done use mimyx. if it doesnt stop within 1 ans 1/2 hours use aveno moisturizer. its at any store. the key to stop the redness and itching is moisturizer.dont use bar soap or stuff hotels give u.itll aggrivate it more.make sure u are still drinking water, eating healthy and so on...

That steroid cream is horrid :( I discovered a calamine cream this week - can slap it on whenever you like with no ill effects at all. It seems to be helping my little ones patches and he's not scratching as much either.
Have a great time tomorrow :)
