Yes. Just don't leave it in longer than 6 hours.

Why should you want to use regular when you can use the min tampons for light days. I'm against the idea. They'll make you very dry and it'll be difficult for you to insert the clean one. Mini tampons are safer and much more comfortable for the last days.

You definitely can, but you should judge, if it is light enough you can probably just wear a panty liner, if it slightly too heavy for just a liner than a regular tampon should work fine. You might be a little dry and uncomfortable though.

of course you may! it incredibly is incredibly an somewhat good theory in case you're going swimming, because of the fact the tampon would desire to get some water and regulars will shelter you extra suitable. P.S.: it would have been plenty worse in case you wore lighting fixtures furniture for the duration of heavy bypass days :) So your theory is in basic terms good.

they have light tampons or jrs or something. which would be easier to use. you CAN wear regulars but it will be REALLY uncomfortable if your that light. you may just want a panty liner or thong liner. whatever floats your boat :)

Yes I do but just change it every 4-6 hours still.

sure you can. just remember to not leave it in too long. no one wants tts (toxic tampon syndrome)! however, if you are a thinner woman, I would not go any bigger than a regular.

Hope this helps!

It is actually not recommended. The dry fibers can get stuck in there and cause an infection. I read this in a women's health magazine.

Of course you can if you find it comfortable, though it is meant for heavier, but not necessarily. You can use them anytime. It may cost you more however.
