I am 17 years old and want to pursue a career in the military. I would say that Physically im in good shape but would like to base my workout on exercises to prepare myself for the army. Can anyone give me a good workout schedule to help me accomplish this.

If you are already physically fit just keep doing what you are doing. You don't need to be superman to pass the army fitness tests, and you'll probably find when you get there that there are a lot of people less fit than you. It's good you're taking an interest, but you don't need to worry too much.

There is a Little Gem book on how to get fit for the SAS, that should do it for you.
