im nearly 16 and went on the pill because of excess hair growth , the doc gave me Brenda 35 which i have found out is one of the highest dose pills.
I am really bloated! everyone keeps telling me i look fatter and its getting me down.
I would change to another pill but i want to take this so it helps with the hair. are other types that help with excess hair availble?

What do i do?

Last weekend I went out with a group of friends (let's say acquaintances), they were not really nice, I didn't enjoy the night and they made me put $ 30 to buy wine or other stuff that I really did not want. Now I realize that I shouldn't have gone out with them, I just went because there was one girl that I knew and I had nothing else to do at home. Now, I regret to have spent those $ 30 in something I didn't really enjoyed. I feel guilty now because I contantly restrain myself from spending money in things that I like just to save for school. Now those damned $ 30 are hammering my head. What do you think I should do to block those strange feelings of stupidity and fault? What can I do to feel better? How can I forgive myself and feel normal again?
This is very weird I think I need a shrink. Has anyone been in the same situation as me. I cannot talk to my family because I feel guilty for not spending my money for good reasons and not even enjoying it.

If a woman is on her period, and it becomes unbearably painful to defecate even though she really feels the need to, is it normal or should she seek medical attention? This isnt happening at the moment but it has happened many times in the past. Please only answer if you have a serious answer to my question, not something like "ewwwwwww". I hate that I even have to say that, but people should take a legitimate question like this seriously. Thanks to all those who are willing to give a real answer!

alright, i ride horses, and im pretty active, ive only used a tampon once, and ive only been fingered once. Okay, I being a girl have feminine problems about once a month. I had my last period around May, and it hasn't come back since. It usually comes back around the first of the month, but since I had exams 1-8 of June, I assumed it would come back later, but it never did. I've been "spotting" (bleeding inbetween periods- I've noticed blood when I wipe but never in my underwear) but still no period. I know that I am NOT pregnant, as I've never had sex.

I'm unstressed now as it's summer, but why no period?

my friend was recently diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism im wondering this is silly to ask but how do you get it, is it natural? is there a way to cause it? is it rare? its silly because i would love to have that. haha b/c he can eat anything he wants, massive quantities too and not gain any weight at all. he also used to be chubbyish & now hes mr. bones very skinny. i know its an unhealthy thing so you dont need to tell me im an idiot for wanting it & trust many people agreed with me on wanting this problem =]

tennis players, men and women, both have extremely long stamina and can run and play it seems like forever. they are in very good shape. do any of you know a usual workout they do to get fit and in shape? like how long do they run in one session to stay fit. what's their workouts? im trying to get fit, and it seems to me, if i want to get in incredible shape, just follow the workouts of tennis players.

I went tubing on the water and I got thrown from the tube really hard and my a** hurt right away, but ofcourse I didn't say anything. When I went to the bathroom and I wiped there was a lot of blood and I had diarhea. I know I am bleeding from the anus and it's not bleeding a whole lot, but enough. It hurts pretty badly, even when I walk. I used Preperation H and some tucks pads. Is this going to get better? Why did this happen? Serious answers only please.

looking at other people living their lives, getting their needs met, being fullfilled?
plus if ive had it so bad and endured so much pain, trauma, victimization, bullying, abuse etc...does this put me in a catagory of my own and seperate me from everyone else, everyone around me? so it would be meaningless for someone to tell me, that somebody else had had a hard life to?
because my pain has been so servere and prolonged, it seperates me from the crowd, singles me out?

so it could stop me relating to people? im a 30 year old borderline personality disorder sufferer..throughout my life ive been , bullied, victimized, attacked/assaulted and injured, was sexually abused twice, once at 3 years old, second time at 7 years old, was bullied throughout high school, got admitted to a psychiatric hospital for 18months, been attacked in 1997, had my head split open..suffered mental abuse in the hospital..been attacked in the street by street gangs..will all this single me out from everyone
