im not realy over weight i just need to lose 5 kilos and i was wondering if any specific diet pills would work to just shift these 5-8 kilos please tell me which ones work the best and the ones to stay away from.

I'm 5 foot and 100 pounds, my arms have always been alittle bigger than everyone elses, it especially looks biger because of how short I am, I'm going to try to tone my triceps and see if that helps, my measurement around my arm is alittle over 10 1/2 inches( not flexed) ans 11 1/2 felxed.Toning then won't make them bigger right? if not what is a good measurment ( goal) to set for myself?

okay, so i've already lost around 60 lbs, but i want to lose more. i dont have an exact target weight, though because i stopped weighing myself since muscle weighs more than fat.
anyways, here's my plan. i eat-breakfast (normally cereal and fruit), snack, lunch (normally sandwich and veggies), snack, dinner (normally lean cuisine). and i drink water throughout the day.
soon, i'm going to eat only fruits and veggies for snacks, but i'm slowly going into it, i dont want to just jump into that.
plus, i workout almost everyday.
does that sound good to you?

i'm 17, 145 lbs, 5'6

I am desperate to get rid of disgusting excess black thick body hair that is noticeable all over my body and on my face.I have tried shaving, bleaching and waxing only lasts about 4 days. I have not had sex in 2 months and I plan on not having sex for a while. I got tested for STDs about a month ago, I'm disease free and I want to keep it that way. But it really gets hard for me. I wouldn't say I'm addicted to sex, but I think about it quite often. I'm trying to abtain from having sex for a while, but I want to know how I can keep myself from getting in situations where I feel like having sex. So does anyone have any advice or tips?? Thanks.

Usually the mosquitio bites are diminishing after few hours. But recently the lumps become furious. They grow larger and larger especially after the second day. The whole extensive area becomes really red and hot, with the repeating severe itchy and pain. They are easily to be scratched with some white thing coming out from the skin. After more than 1 week, it gets a bit better yet with purple turning black patch remaining for another month. Anyway, it's horrible. WHY? `

I have 2 scars on my face from mole removal.. is there anything anyone would reccommend to reduce the appearance and help them blend in with my skin?

My demetologist says he doesnt think any of them work, and people had reccommended pure vitamin E to me, but he says he has found this to actually make the scar worse on some patients!

I was just wondering has any scar treatment like bio-oil or mederma worked for anyone else's scars?

i have a friend of mine who left a heavy books , it was at the day she expect to has her period
anyway at that day she was in pain ( pain of period) then she left a heavy weights ( books and other stuff) then she went to bathroom , while she was in there she found blood after that in ten minutes she got her period
she is worried is the blood she found before having her period is caused from breaking her hymen or its just her period

sorry to bother but she also wanted to know is breaking hymen cause immeditely blleeding or after while .

like 5 mins a go i waz happ & being crazy & now i feel like goin 2 a corner & cutting my self some more.
this happens all the time but alot of the time its rage then sad then other things.
i cant eat i just tryed 2 eat something @ all i could eat waz a craker & yester day i ate i like 2 small things & thats it i cant eat anything anymore but i drink so0o much water it like im dieing of thirst.
i cant sleep i have been up for 8 days with only 14ish hours of sleep the hole time.
when im around people i have 2 try 2 smile cause thats how i use 2 be but i dont no any more................??????!!!!
mayb i should just go in a corner & cut my self up idkkk......

they itch than they budt and they spred and there just on his right side there not all over they started under his arn pit. hes thinking that it might be one of his meds. he has artiritis so he on a med for that.he has high cholesterol and hes on lipitor.he has a depression problem he is on wellbutrin.he alsohas high blood pressure hes on avapro for that . and now he went to the dentist and he has and affection in his mouth and he is alsotaking amoxicillin for that we were just wondring if any of this med is interacking together we call his dr. and his dr. is not in until monday .and we were fust wondering if we could just ask for a little advice

well my boyfriend things that he touched it and now i am having trouble peeing and stuff...like it will be ok to pee for the first couple of seconds then it just hurts alot. then a little bit of what looks like blood comes out. i have to keep going to the bathroom cause it hurts to lay down,sit, do just plain anything. help!! so my question is that can the hymen be so sensitive that it bleeds to the touch? will this pain go away?
