my bf has problems inserting himself when we have sex because I am very tight, I am always totally relaxed and even with lubrication it is difficult at first.
does anyoneelse suffer with the same problem? Is there anything I can do?

You might want to start with a finger, then maybe a toy, and then more fingers. Like any other muscle, the more you work it, the more it will stretch out. Spending 25 minutes doing this would be a pleasure for any man. When you feel ready, have him give it a try. Loosened up with plenty of self lubrication should make it less painful, and more enjoyable.

Have you tried discussing this with a professional, like a doctor? Did you have this problem before the abortion? I don't think it has anything to do with the abortion physically....but it could be affecting you psychologically, if you understand what I mean. Getting pregnant and then having an abortion can certainly have an effect on future sexual encounters.

Get checked out by a Gynaecologist, there could be something else going on - go to GP and explain problem
However, may be psyhological reaction to abortion - are you using the same contraception, is the guy the same one as at that time? Could be you relate sex back to that time. Were you counselled??

'take that luva' is totally unexceptable! there are many reasons for having an abortion- don't make assumptions. I thought that was out of order and unecessarily flipant.
can be very tramatic- which leads me to agree with the answer of did you have counselling and maybe there is some pyscological connection- don't underestimate it! yep get yourself some bedroom toys , play on your own! get really warn and comfortable and experiement! lots! and make sure you are warm and comfortable when your with your bf too!

Ok i'm no doctor , but sounds to me that subconsciously your body is actually protecting you from becoming pregnant again to spare you the pain ( your choice hun) of an abortion again. Go talk to your GP and don't be embarassed

You can actually buy vaginal weights which help to control the vaginal walls, will also help stretch you a little. You may need to learn how to loosen the pelvic floor and these weights help. I'm sorry but not sure where they retail but I just put "vaginal weights" into a search engine and there are many places to check out.

i sometimes have a similar problem depending on what position im in. i.e. if im on my back with him on top, it can be quite uncomfortably tight. but when im on top its fine. play around with different positions and see if that helps. and remember to try relax cz the more u worry about it, the more tense you'll be xx

Foreplay helps.
Try different positions. Sometimes insertion is easier in the doggy style position.

It sounds like you may not be relaxed enough...if you're a virgin, though, remember that the first time will be more difficult than the rest. Your hymen may still be intact, more or less, and this will be painful when it breaks. Bottom line: relaxx, don't worry and take things slowly.
