Just asking cause my knee twisted when I fell on it in March and I know it hasn't gotten better.
But at least its not swollen anymore.

The knee needs treatment. Leaving it alone is going to cause further pain and especially as you get older. You need to see an orthopedic specialist as soon as possible.

it'll heal gradually and eventually. but you might want to consult with a physical therapist and have them check you knee, it might be more serious than you think. god bless.

it can heal on it's own but apparently it hasn't. see an ortopedist and have it looked at.
