vitamins won't make your kids gain weight. fat and protein will. skip the fat, that's no good. as far as what they would get from vitamins, it's still best to get that from food. the body digests and processes it better. give them fruits veggies and whole grains. what a forgein concept these days.

Vitamins don't do anything for weight-gain. Protein and other supplements could help them bulk up. However, I would not suggest kids under 17 taking anything other than a multvitamin and maybe a protein supplement.

How old are they? What's wrong with them being thin. It's a lot better than them being part of the obesity problem.

Vitamins do not assist in weight gain. Vitamins should not be given indiscriminately to children without a physician's advice. Megadoses of vitamins, especially the fat-soluble kind that the body stores up, can be harmful to children.

If you are concerned that your children are too thin due to some sort of pathology that affects their nutrition (such as celiac disease), they should see a pediatrician. A pediatrician can also tell you, using a height/weight percentile chart, whether your children are truly too thin for their age. The pediatrician can then make suggestions regarding nutrition and vitamins.

Vitamins aren't going to mke your kids gain weight. Why are you trying to make your kids gain weight anyway? A lot of kids are really thin when they're little. I wouldnt be too concerened unless the doctor is. Oh and make sure whatever vitamin you do pick they're willing to eat. I used to hide mine when I was little. lol

just give them multivitamin with breakfast - thats all they need.
make sure they eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed food.
have them eating every 2-3 hours because you have to have 5-6 small meals a day - that way body has enough calories when they are needed.
make sure they drink enough water and eat a lot of fruit and veggies.
i dont think there is anything wrong with your kids.
all you can do is teach them healthy eating habits and the best way is by setting an example yourself.
