I work in a high school and we have been taught how to spot this problem. Most schools have a counselor or group of teachers for you to speak with about the problem. You should not have to be bullied by anyone for any reason. It may even help the bully get his problem solved if you bring it to light. Don't be afraid, talk with your parents also so they are aware of what is going on. Good luck remember let people know what is going on so it can get stopped right away. There is no reason for anyone to be bullied for any reason. Please ask for help at school and from your parents. Don't wait another day.

There's heaps of advise above. It's difficult to choose what to do, so I'm just gonna tell you what i did when I was 13. Hell, you remind me of me at that age lol!

You should know that I was a scrawny little kid. The next time he came up to me and mouthed off, you know what i did? I punched him in the head and in the nose. It got bloody. and I got suspended for two weeks.

You gotta be brave. You can't let some punk push you around. But if you do what I did, be a man and face up to the consequences. Hell, even the principal showed some respect for me.

and btw..............he stopped bullying me.

But I hope you do what i did because the teachers don't really give the sh-t. The cops couldn't care less. Be brave and strong. If you're really nervous I suggest you start some martial arts training to give you some confidence.

If he has touched you already, he needs to be arrested for battery. Tell someone.
If he is just threatening you, telling a teacher will save u from being killed, but make ur life miserable as a tattle tale.
Do you have ur own group of friends you can blend into and avoid him????
Do the right thing, try to avoid a confrontation, telling a teacher is going to temporarily stop it, and being 13 ur prob in middle school, so soon, u will be in another high school, away from this idiot.
If you don't believe you can defend urself, take some karate classes, or self defense classes, I believe in this day and age, a young person needs the resources to defend themself if attacked.....You need the confidence to avoid this person at all cost, but if he puts his hands on you, you need to be able to protect yourself.
