i have a friend of mine who left a heavy books , it was at the day she expect to has her period
anyway at that day she was in pain ( pain of period) then she left a heavy weights ( books and other stuff) then she went to bathroom , while she was in there she found blood after that in ten minutes she got her period
she is worried is the blood she found before having her period is caused from breaking her hymen or its just her period
sorry to bother but she also wanted to know is breaking hymen cause immeditely blleeding or after while .

Lifting should not break the hymen. When she noticed the blood and pain the first time your friend went to the bathroom it was probably the beginning of her period. When the hymen is broken it may cause a slight bleed immediately but it will not be for long.

I don't know if you can tell other than getting checked however i have the same problem that you. I've been sleeping with the same guy for nearly 6 years and i have to be 're-stretched' every time too even if the next time is 20 minutes after the first time. my problem is he's 'above average' mostly but using lube will help alot it won't hurt nearly as much. ky jelly has all these fun new ones coming out every other day it seems. try a few out. and hey after you find the one that helps it should be way better. like i said i can't answer your question in its whole as I don't know for sure about stretched hymen i can only offer you advice from my life. i hope it helps:)

Based on your story I can say that lifting heavy books cannot be the reason of breaking someone's hymen. The bleeding she experience can be her actual menstruation. The hymen may be broken through intercourse or strenous exercise that gives pressure on the perineal muscles like biking. The hymen can break even during your childhood days.

Sounds more like a normal period. If she didn't have sex with anyone then her hymen should still be intact. Its not going to break from picking heavy books.

the probability of a hymen tear is less.. it shud b coz f her normal periods... hymen may unusually break in overstretching types of activities... lifting of a bk shud nt cause that

Yeah, I agree, it sounds like a normal period. As long as it's not especially painful, it's probably nothing.

I asked one of my exs gf's years ago and she said hers was split when she was doing some gymnastics at school.
So it is conceivable her hymen is broken. But that's not a bad thing- most girls will perforate it either by pure accident like that or by masturbation practices.
Hymen restoration is a major business in Asia and the Middle-East.
I know one divorced Singaporean woman who had it done and she'd had two kids. Stupid woman was marrying an Arab- she wouldn't listen to good sense.

More than likely, that was her period.
