spino cerebellar degeneration is slowly progressive degeneration of spinal cord.patient will have difficulty in walking, weakness tremor ataxia.its usually a inherited disease.the changes are irreversible.usually the out come of treatment is not satisfactory.vitamin suplimentation may help a little.physiotherapy to control motar symptom
