Which pills work better?

My dermatologist says I may have to take acne medication he told me that their are three different pills....from your personal experience which ones work better?

Accutane works the best but it also has the most serious side effects. Of course you didn't mention what the pills are and depending on the type of acne you have will determine the effectiveness of the medication.
