tennis players, men and women, both have extremely long stamina and can run and play it seems like forever. they are in very good shape. do any of you know a usual workout they do to get fit and in shape? like how long do they run in one session to stay fit. what's their workouts? im trying to get fit, and it seems to me, if i want to get in incredible shape, just follow the workouts of tennis players.

tennis, squash, swimming, soccer are all great workouts in themselves. just start one of these sports and you will get better in your stamina with time, good luck

Arm exercises would be the best.
