Maiaiai gave a good answer and I would agree your hymen is probably broken. Does it feel any different to when you were younger, do you remember? You can use fingers to see how big the opening is to see if it might be. You can also examine yourself using a mirror to see if you can spot the hymen. There are diagrams and pictures online for you to compare with.

Well it depends on how you are using the phrase "cherry popped."
If you mean "is my hymen broken?" then probably yes. Given the fact that you are active and have used a tampon and have been fingered, I would say yes.
If you mean "am I not a virgin anymore?" then no. You're a virgin until you have sexual intercourse.
If you're scared it will hurt, just take everything slowly, whether it's sexual activity with another person or masturbation.
And also - even though it can seem scarey - going to a gynecologist is not so bad. When you finally go - just tell them you haven't been before and that you are freaked out. They will be very nice.

i ride horses as well and use tampons and i thought (before i first had sex) that my hymen or cherry watever u call it had broken. However after my first time i noticed it broke alot more. It can stretch-slightly break from fingering, tampons but when you have sex it will usually completly break. Anyway without all the awful details...don't worry its one of those things thats going to happen and dont worry if it has or hasnt yet.

Since you ride horses, it probably is. Hymens can break with physical activity and some girls are born without one. Remember, IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD SEX, YOU ARE A VIRGIN. Wheter your hymen is intact or not. (it's unlikely that tampons would break a hymen)
