I do believe the mind follows the body (vice versa). I suffer from extreme anxiety problems. I am trying to be one with the mind and body to help better control my anger and anxiety.

for my cardio sets, should i do longer sets at a slower pace, or should i do shorter sets at a faster pace? assuming same amount of calories burnt (measured by the treadmill)

My girlfriend and I now have HPV because two doctors misdiagnosed it as a skin tag. I don't know if legal action is worth it because apparently it is difficult to diagnose...but I really need to find a good doctor so we can try and get rid of it. Where do I go to look?? We're losing a lot of faith in our healthcare system these days...

These two days I experienced a pain - you can say muscle, joint pain on the left part of my chest, almost the shoulder part. I have never experienced this before. But, these days I've been jogging on the treadmill for half an hour at a considerably high speed and also push up.

Is it what caused the pain? What should I do? The pain is like on- and - off. Esp after I did some exercise that pain comes back.

Im having laser surgery to reduce my turbinates and he said if he gets in there while Im out and sees my deviated septum is bad hes gonna fix that too...I took off work thur to get it done and fri to recover i figured by monday Ill be fine for work...but now Im worried...Do you think ill be okay? The doctor seemed to think so...Im freakin out i hate surgery.

I went from a 34DD to a 34C. The surgery was drastic (they had to reshape the nipples and everything), and I'm left with scars that resemble anchors on each breast. I'm now 24 years old, and while the scars have been fading over time, I'd like to know if laser surgery may be an option to persue. Anyone in the same boat?

I have an abdominal pain on the right side of my abdomin. And I'm worrued that it may be appendisitis. How has it affected your relationships? Do you find it difficult to communicate with the people in your life that you love the most, and find yourself cutting them out of your life? More specifically, have you had to end a relationship because of it, but couldn't bring yourself to communicate any further with that person even if they were offering support and help?? I've found myself in this situation, and don't know what to do to help him. I'm trying to be a friend to him, but he's not very responsive to me and I don't know if I should leave him be or keep offering support and letting him know I am there so he knows that I haven't abandoned him. I'm just having a hard time trying to figure out his unresponsiveness. He doesn't seem to want anything to do with me

I went to my eye doctor for the routine yearly eye exam. I got a prescription for contacts and glasses. Now I've lost my glasses and I want contacts, but when I went to go ask for the prescription, they said that they cannot give it to me unless I buy it from them, but they will give me the prescription for the glasses. Is that right? Am I not allowed to have my own prescription?

First let me further complicate the situation by saying that i am a guy, though age has no relevance to the situation. This question concerns my reaction to my girlfriend's checkups. I will start off also by saying that i DO know about how these people are only doing their jobs, to help women prevent potentially dangerous or inhibiting problems. I also do not wish in the slightest for my girl to become in any way sick, i love her very much. anyways, to try to keep this short, despite this knowledge, i cant bring myself to bear the thought of anyone so intimately dealing with my girlfriend or her body. It really bothers me and I dont know if that will ever change, but I dont want to cause any problems down the road. Am i just crazy? Someone please let me know!
