Currently, there is no cure for psoriasis. However, there are many treatment options that can clear psoriasis for a period of time. Each treatment has advantages and disadvantages, and what works for one patient may not be effective for another. Board-certified dermatologists have the medical training and experience needed to determine the most appropriate treatments for each patient.
Psoriasis treatments fall into 3 categories:
Topical (applied to the skin) – Mild to moderate psoriasis
Phototherapy (light, usually ultraviolet, applied to the skin) – Moderate to severe psoriasis
Systemic (taken orally or by injection or infusion) – Moderate, severe or disabling psoriasis
While each of these therapies is effective, there are also drawbacks.
Some topicals are messy and may stain clothing and skin. Phototherapy can require 2 to 5 weekly visits to a dermatologist’s office or psoriasis clinic for several weeks. Many of the systemic medications have serious side effects and must be combined or rotated with other therapies to maximize effectiveness and minimize side effects. Research is being conducted to find therapies that provide safe, effective, easy-to-use treatment options that provide long-term relief.

I had a 13 year history of psoriasis, though I was in good health otherwise. But these severe large, thick and scaly excoriated plaques on my neck, ears, trunk and limbs ruined the way I was leading my life. I would be with red, inflamed itchy skin for most part of the year and these silvery scales would seem to be erupting without any reason. To make matters worse, blisters would appear over already red and itching skin. It was living hell.
I was treated with various options but nothing seemed to be working. Some of the treatments that I underwent in this depressing period of 13 years included tar preparation, tropical steroids and anthralin. I was also given light therapy many times but everything I tried would give me temporary relief.
And soon, after a few days I would be plagued with the situation again. In one of those moments when I was completely lost I stumbled upon this website just by chance. I read it and felt that as if someone had put the story my life on this web page. I was thoroughly convinced that if ANYONE can cure me of condition, it would be you.
And was I right, or what. I started recovering within 3 days of starting this treatment. Something that had become a painful part of me for 13 years was actually getting healed! My ears are healed and my neck is smooth again!. I am a month into the treatment and I have never felt better in my life!

The Xtrac laser is the first FDA-approved laser treatment for psoriasis.
There are some preliminary studies that laser treatment can do a somewhat better job than traditional light treatments for localized psoriasis. You should consult with a knowledgeable dermatologist who can discuss the pros and cons of various methods of treatment.
My patients love this treatment because it is faster than conventional therapy, safe and effective and you don't have to deal with messy creams and ointments.
This treatment is excellent for those that have mild to moderate psoriasis and treatments are very brief, typically under 5 minutes

I was diagnosed with psoriasis at age 14 and now I am 36 years old. You can say that I have tried just about every medicine both approved by FDA and trial without much success. Examples include Enbrel, Humira, oral meds, creams, oils, salts, coal tar, etc and the list is much more extensive that I can't even remember all of the names. But recently after someone shared this video https://tr.im/PsoriasisCure20152Xxr everything has changed. My psoriasis completely cleared by putting these changes in place. I only wish I'd taken photos of before and after because it truly has been miraculous. I am getting married in Oct, 2015 and I am wearing a strapless gown that also shows my back and I am confident (not like before) that my skin will be soft and pretty vs red and flakey.

Cure psoriasis starting today - even if your doctor or dermatologist says "it's impossible!"
I've just followed a guide called psoriasis free for life that completely cured me of this debilitating and embarrassing disease in less than a month!
Remember, this will not only treat the symptoms that you do see:
the red, inflamed itchy skin.
The silvery scales that seem to erupt for no reason.
The burning or bleeding that occurs around your joints.
The cracking, oozing and painful patches on your skin.
But it also treats the underlying cause of psoriasis - the part you don't see - the actual immune system deficiency that causes these itchy patches to appear and scale over.
For more information, check here : http://Psoriasis.naturallysaver.com .
You can definitely get back your life, your confidence and your self esteem!

There are of course various treatments although you may not find any on the net quickly or outside. I reccommend that you follow this link and take it from there. I hope you will get better in time and I Strongly reccommend that you get this seen by a professional doctor or at least an experianced nurse best...
If your skin is rapidly or extremely producing large specks of these and this diseases scally patches DON'T treat it yourself it can become too dangerous and you may damage yourself so please be careful.
Finally use your common sense and only do what the doctor ordered - it is vital that you do report this as in some cases people will take it too far and call you "contageous" - it is only a skin condition where the body will produce lots of skin in a short while and is NOT contageous...
If a family member has itlike you - report this too as it is known to be in the genetics of the family and they too could be treated if they have something unique or new in them that could be avoided in you in the future and possibly cause you relief afterwards...
Good luck my friend and I hope you get better...remember follow the link...
There is topical treatment; phototherapy; photochemotherapy; systemic treatment; and various alternative therapy.
